House Rules

Welcome to Nine Angels. To ensure an enjoyable experience for you and your guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

1. Event Hours
• Access is granted from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All music must end by 10:30 PM to respect our neighbours and local noise regulations.

2. Maximum Capacity
• The villa accommodates up to 100 guests. Please inform us in advance if your event involves more people, as prior approval is required.

3. Music & Noise
• DJs and sound systems are allowed only with prior approval.
• No amplified music is allowed after 10:30 PM.
• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times.

4. Catering & Alcohol
• Outside catering is welcome, or you may choose from our approved caterers.
• Alcohol may be served, but not sold, unless a temporary permit is obtained.

5. Pool Use
• The pool is available for use during rental hours. No lifeguard is on duty – use is at your own risk.
• No glassware in or near the pool.

6. Decorations & Setups
• Freestanding decorations are permitted.
• No nails, tape, or adhesives on any surfaces.
• All décor and rented equipment must be removed by the end of the event.

7. Smoking
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please use ashtrays provided.

8. Cleaning & Damages
• A cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
• Any damages to the property, furniture, or grounds will be charged to the host/client.

9. Waste Disposal
• All rubbish must be bagged and placed in designated bins.
• Large event waste (e.g. boxes, catering disposables) must be removed by the organiser.

10. Parking
• Limited parking is available on-site. Please carpool where possible and follow staff guidance on arrival.

Guests are welcome to enjoy all outdoor areas of the property for day use, including the lagoon pool, manicured lawns, zip line, and the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. You also have access to the poolside restroom and shower, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your visit.

Please note that indoor rooms and living spaces are not included in this rental. We’re happy to accommodate pets, so feel free to bring your furry companions along. Make the most of Malta’s sunshine and create lasting memories in this one-of-a-kind outdoor oasis.

• Exclusive Use
Nine Angels is rented out for private events only — you’ll have full and exclusive access to the villa and grounds for the duration of your booking.

• Site Visit Recommended
We encourage event organisers to schedule a site visit ahead of time to finalise layouts, logistics, and any third-party setup plans.

• Children & Safety
Children are welcome, but please note the pool is not fenced and there are multiple levels and open edges throughout the garden. Supervision is required at all times.

• Staff Presence
A member of our team will be on-site or on-call during your event to assist with logistics, deliveries, or any unexpected issues.

• Weather Considerations
While most of the villa is outdoors, a shaded gazebo and covered areas offer protection from sun or light rain. For larger events, we recommend a contingency plan or tent hire in case of bad weather.

• Neighbourhood
Nine Angels is in a peaceful residential area. Please be mindful of neighbours, especially with noise and parking.
Guest interaction
Our guests' privacy and discretion are our utmost priorities. The villa is designed to ensure complete seclusion, unobserved by outside parties, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your stay.

Upon booking, we will assist with arranging transfers from the airport to the house, ensuring a seamless and stress-free start to your holiday.

We take pride in personally welcoming each of our guests upon arrival, introducing you to the property and ensuring you're comfortable. We're also available via SMS or phone throughout your stay for any queries, requests, or assistance you may require. While we're always here to help, we're careful to respect your privacy and will interact only at your request.

Neighborhood overview
The prestigious town of Madliena is endowed with magnificent views of the northern bays of the island. It is situated at a high elevation and close to the tourist village of St Paul's Bay and its beaches while at the same time it is only minutes away from the heart of entertainment and shopping in St. Julians.
Madliena is considered to be a gem of natural beauty. The town of Madliena owes its origin to the Chapel of St. Mary Magdalene which was built in the 15th century. Historical sites located in Madliena include the Victoria Lines, Madliena Fort and The Batteria San Giovanni. Also, lying to the north-eastern side of the Victoria Lines is Fort Madliena which was built by the British in the 1880's.
Getting around
Nine Angels is tucked away in a quiet part of Madliena, so we recommend planning your transport in advance.

We’re happy to organise door-to-door transfers for you and your guests. Just let us know your group size and preferred pick-up time.

Taxis & Ride Apps
Bolt and eCabs operate in the area, though wait times may be longer during peak hours. Please ensure your driver has the full address and entry instructions.

Parking
Limited on-site parking is available for a few vehicles. Additional cars can park along Madliena Road — please avoid blocking driveways or access points.

Car Hire
If you’re exploring the island before or after your event, car rental is a convenient option. We’re happy to recommend trusted providers.
